Mentoring
One-on-one mentoring sessions with trained Thuvakkam volunteers to guide academic and personal growth.
Career guidance
Sessions on career options, college admission processes, and vocational pathways available after school.
Life skills sessions
Workshops on communication, leadership, financial literacy, and problem-solving skills.
Exposure visits
Organised visits to colleges, workplaces, and institutions to broaden students' understanding of the world.
Emotional support
Regular check-ins and counselling support for students facing personal, family, or academic difficulties.
Monitoring and follow-up
Ongoing tracking of academic performance and attendance. Annual progress reports submitted to donors.
Educational materials

We stay with students

SFS is not a one-time grant. We maintain ongoing contact with each student throughout their school years and track their outcomes after graduation.

Donors receive quarterly updates on the students they sponsor, including attendance records, academic performance, and personal progress notes.
